The historic, first Caribbean Community (CARICOM)-Africa Heads of Government Summit will take place next Tuesday, September 7th.
Barbados’ Ambassador to CARICOM, David Comissiong, made the revelation during an appearance on Monday’s episode of Mornin’ Barbados.
Ambassador Comissiong says the event which will run from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. local time, is expected to be televised live across the region.
He believes it will set the stage to establish working relationships between the institutions of CARICOM and the African Union.
