The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory identified 154 positive cases of COVID-19 (74 males and 80 females) on Thursday, November 25th out of the 1,364 tests done.

Of the new cases, 33 people are under the age of 18, and 121 are 18 years and older.

There were 563 people in isolation facilities, and 3,818 in home isolation.

The public health laboratory has carried out 432,172 tests since February last year, and recorded 24,769 cases (11,828 males and 12,941 females) of COVID-19.

Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of people with at least one dose is 153,391 (67.2 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of individuals who are fully vaccinated is 136,103 (50.2 per cent of the total population or 59.6 per cent of the eligible population).

The eligible population represents those who are 12 years and older.
