COVID-19 has claimed its 57th victim in Barbados.
A 73 year old Guyanese man passed away around 10:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16th, while in primary isolation at the Harrison Point Isolation Facility, where he spent six days. The elderly man had a comorbidity and was unvaccinated.
Minister of Health and Wellness, Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Bostic, extends condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
