Chief Medical Officer Dr. Kenneth George has made it clear that health officials have been officially taking note of all reports from Barbadians who have had any negative responses as a result of taking COVID-19 vaccines.
The issue also came up at yesterday’s COVID-19 town hall meeting, held at the Princess Margaret Secondary School.
Dr. George says the Adverse Events Following Immunisation Committee, of which he is a member, has been monitoring such reports.
He was also asked whether local health officials have recorded any deaths as a result of COVID-19 vaccines being administered to members of the public.
