Help is on the horizon for Barbadians by way of jobs as Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley foresees heightened economic activity.
Several key projects Barbados has been banking on are likely to start.
She made the revelation while responding to a question posed about Barbados’ foreign reserves during a virtual global town hall meeting for the diaspora.
Ms. Mottley says the country’s reserves remain high and it has been able to support economic activity without worry due to the health of the reserves.
Ms. Mottley says small states are being disadvantaged due to increases in freight and transport costs.
