Scores of youth from Barbados and across the globe logged in earlier for day two of the virtual UNCTAD 15 Youth Forum.
It was another packed agenda of talks with contributions from officials, youth leaders and aspirants.
One of the highlights was a panel discussion on prioritising funding for development in a post-COVID world.
Among the contributors, Barbados’ Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Geneva, Chad Blackman.
He called for a sustained and well financed global capacity building exercise embracing institutions for developing countries.
