Police are yet to identify the human remains discovered as they carried out investigations into the disappearance of Samara Bristol.
Their search for the missing Barbadian-born, American national led to a body located in the area of the Mangrove dump in the parish of St Thomas.
The development was made about 9:45 am today, Sunday 21 November 2021.
Police added that the body is “in an advance stage of decomposition. Sensitive On-scene investigations are ongoing.
“We have cordoned the immediate and extended scene and have commenced Forensic examinations.”
