The Barbados Investors and Policyholders Alliance wants those 80 years and older to be considered as among the first to receive their money.
This comes in the wake of news that government has given the approval for a multimillion dollar payout to thousands of longsuffering policyholders of CLICO
According to BIPA president, June Fowler, the pensions and investments of these individuals matured back in 2010 and 2011.
She believes having them wait any longer will be unfair.
Ms Fowler says BIPA will also ensure that preferential treatment is not given to the "big wigs".
