The Families First sponsored traditional Errol Barrow Day activity moves to Brownes Beach in St. Michael this Friday.
And Prime Minister Freundel Stuart and patron of the event Mara Thompson will address the gathering.
In addition to the usual activities there will be a massive playing area for children.
They will also be tuk band and steel pan music, and performances from Soca Kartel.
The event being billed as a family affair runs from three in the afternoon until eight.
