Teachers ready to meet with their unions

As public school children make their way home after being dismissed at midday, teachers are set to meet with their respective unions – the Barbados Secondary Teachers Union and the Barbados Workers Union.

Both meetings are expected to begin at 1.

BSTU members will gather at the Dalkeith, St Michael headquarters of the National Union of Public Workers, and the BUT is holding its meeting at Solidarity House.

Anomalies regarding teacher evaluations as well as security are among the topics up for discussion.
