Age 74, affectionately known as “Capt Man” or “Tyrone”, of #24 Maycock’s Terrace, St. Lucy, retired Water Sports Operator of Mango Bay Hotel.

Son of Luine Cadogan and the late Elliot Maynard.

Husband of the late Violet Brome.

Father of Jerry and Jules Brome and the late Janelle Charles née Brome.

Grandfather of Jaquan and Jyere Brome.

Cousin of Venita, Carl and Heather Griffith, Ingrid Drakes, Debra Rock, Monica, Henderson and Avis Herbert, Erland and Coline Forde and many others.

Father-in-law of Joy Williams-Brome and Richard Charles.

Brother-in- law of Leroy Brathwaite, Grace Gill and Marva Reid.

Son-in-law of Evelyn Roy Brathwaite.

Relative of the Brome, Maynard, Griffith, Herbert and Forde Families.

Friend of Pauline Brathwaite, Steve Blackman, Oliver Wickham, Leton Rogers, Alinda Husbands, Jacqueline and Michael Cumberbatch.

The funeral of Sherman Tyrone Brome leaves St. John Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy on Friday, October 04th, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. for Grape Hall Seventh Day Adventist Church, Grape Hall, St. Lucy where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:30 a.m. for the Service of Thanksgiving.  The cortege will then proceed to Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter for the interment.

Wreaths may be delivered to St. John Funeral Home not later than 8:15 a.m. on Friday, October 04th, 2019.  

The body will repose for viewing in the Chapel of St. John Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 03rd, 2019.
