Food delivery service PayMeal to start on Monday

Come Monday, people will have another option through which they can get food delivery.

It will be through an App called PayMeal.

The App was conceptualized and built by a group of young pan Caribbean tech developers.
One of the directors, Jon Birch says PayMeal is the regional equivalent of Uber Eats in the international market.

He says once the consumer downloads the App, they can track the progress of their order at every stage.

PayMeal will partner with Burger King when it goes live from Monday, but the company is in talks with other restaurants to come on board.

Already active in Antigua with about 25 hundred customers and a range of restaurants, Barbados is the second market in which the PayMeal service will operate.

According to Mr. Birch, there are plans to expand to St. Lucia, Grenada, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. The App is available for free in the various app stores.
