Barbados’ premiere tourist attraction Harrison’s Cave will be transformed into a nature adventure park featuring new exciting activities for locals and tourists.
This was revealed by CEO of Chukka Caribbean Adventures, Marc Melville, as the company prepares to enter a new management arrangement with local entity Caves Of Barbados Limited.
He says a canopy zipline, interactive green monkey experience and a suspended aerial walkway are just a few of the upgrades featured in phase one of the 9 million dollar development plan.
According to Mr. Melville, creating an exciting experience with several attractions is Chukka’s strategy to appeal to return visitors and tourists.
The CEO says the family owned business started in Jamaica and currently has operations in 5 countries across the region.
