A woman, aged 67, was the lone COVID-19 death reported for Sunday, December 12.
She died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital’s Accident and Emergency Department and was unvaccinated. Her death brings the casualties from the virus to 253.
Minister of Health and Wellness, Lieutenant Colonel The Most Honourable Jeffrey Bostic, has extended condolences to her family and friends.
