Members of the Togetherness Social Group have been urged to be fishers of people and to continue to positively impact the lives of Barbadians, while also spreading the gospel of Christ.
The call to action has come from Reverend Jillian Crawford of St. Aidan Church, during the Togetherness Social Group’s year-opening Service of Thanksgiving at the Church.
Reverend Crawford said Jesus Christ desires every one of us to tell others what he has done for us, and what he wants to do for them.
She urged members of the group to also utilise modern technology and communication such as social media, in their efforts to reach and help more people.
Meanwhile, in her remarks, the President of the Togetherness Social Group Senator Patricia Parris, expressed gratitude to Reverend Crawford for hosting the Church Service.
She also said the group would be heeding her call to continue positively impacting the lives of Barbadians.
