Efforts continue in the north to help entrepreneurs ply their trade in what many consider a tough economic climate.

The St. Lucy Parish Independence Committee has been lending a helping hand through its Pop-Up Shops hosted at the Daryll Jordan Secondary School.

This second edition focused on some of the small businesses in St. Lucy and according to Member of Parliament, Peter Phillips, it is the type of exposure that is critical for the survival of entrepreneurs. And Mr. Phillips explains how the pop-up shops can help Barbadians beat the high cost of living.
