Dignitaries arrive in Barbados ahead of UNCTAD 15

Dignitaries have been arriving in Barbados ahead of UNCTAD XV, which officially gets off to a start tomorrow, October 3rd, 2021.

United Nations Secretary-General, António Guterres, CARICOM Secretary-General, Dr. Carla Barnett and UNCTAD Secretary-General, Rebeca Grynspan were welcomed by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator the Honourable Dr. Jerome X. Walcott and His Excellency Chad Blackman, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Barbados to the United Nations and Other International Organizations based in Geneva.
