The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory identified 113 new COVID-19 cases – 54 males and 59 females – on Tuesday, November 30th. The facility conducted 777 tests.

The new cases comprise 22 persons under the age of 18, and 91 who are 18 years and older.

A total of 416 people were in isolation facilities, and 2,469 were in home isolation.

The public health laboratory has carried out 437,308 tests since February last year, and recorded 25,429 cases (12,119 males and 13,310 females) of COVID-19.

Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of individuals with at least one dose is 153,586 (67.2 per cent of the eligible population).

The total number of people who are fully vaccinated is 136,759 (50.5 per cent of the total population or 59.9 per cent of the eligible population).

The eligible population represents those 12 years and older.
