Barbados has recorded three more COVID-19 deaths.

Word of this came from COVID-19 Public Advisor, David Ellis.

He said that a 92-year-old Barbadian woman died on the morning of Oct 4 at Blackman and Gollop Isolation facility. She had no known comorbidities and was unvaccinated.

A 96-year-old Barbadian male also died yesterday at Harrison Point Isolation facility. He was unvaccinated and had a pre-existing condition.

An 85-year-old Barbadian woman who died in Accident and Emergency on October 3 was tested on arrival at AED on Sunday. Her test result returned positive for COVID-19 yesterday, October 4. She had comorbidities and was unvaccinated.

The COVID-19 Situation Dashboard for October 3, 2021, reported 81 deaths and these three additional cases would bring the death toll in Barbados to 84.
