40% of water being lost

Barbados is being represented at the ongoing Caribbean Regional Water Loss 2023 Conference in Trinidad and Tobago.

Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Transport, Works and Water Resources, Dr. Romel Springer revealed Barbados has been losing 40% of its water through commercial and physical loss.

He says a variety of approaches have been adopted to address this.
