As many Barbadians remember the destruction caused when Hurricane Elsa battered the island one year ago, we are learning that stakeholders continue to prepare for any major developments this hurricane season.
The Department of Emergency Management has all systems ready to respond to any eventualities.
Deputy Director Danielle Skeete recently told Morning Report that they have been in touch with all stakeholders and the system is functioning well.
