Home Affairs Minister Wilfred Abrahams, says the amendments to the Catastrophe Fund (Amendment) Bill, 2022 are an attempt to deal with the practical realities of what was encountered, dealing with Hurricane Elsa.
He made the comments in the Lower House today.
