Local fisherfolk are blaming the arctic weather now slamming the United States and the resultant rough sea conditions for poor catches this Christmas season.
They claim the adverse weather is preventing fishermen from getting to the usual fishing grounds.
A CBC News team of cameraman Chris Wood and reporter Trevor Thorpe was at the Bridgetown Fisheries Complex, Harbour Road, St. Michael today.
