Even though a number of AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines expired on Sunday, there are still many more that are viable.
Co-coordinator of the National Vaccination Campaign Dr. Elizabeth Ferdinand told CBC News she still has to meet to find out exactly how many vaccines have to be discarded.
However, she gave the assurance that AstraZeneca is still an option for Barbadians.
