As we have been hearing, China has started to walk back the restrictions and protocols of its zero COVID policy.
However, people living there aren’t too eager to get back to normalcy.
Our Cheyne Jones spoke with a Barbadian living there to get her personal perspective of what’s been happening.
36 year old Nichole Alexis told him while everyone expects people there to be celebrating, it’s quite the opposite.
She says stores, restaurants and gyms are still closed because of infections as well as fear.
