Barbadian music reaching new heights

The music of Barbadian entertainers is taking off to a different height thanks to Virgin Atlantic.

The international air carrier has created a Barbadian playlist which will feature well-known entertainers including the Mighty Grynner, the Merrymen and Lil Rick among others.

The playlist will be accessible on all aircraft across all the routes throughout the airline’s international network, giving global reach to the local entertainers.

The airline’s Country Manager, Hannah Swift, says passengers will now have the opportunity to get the party started while in-flight, or just relax and unwind to Barbadian music.

She said it augurs well for the coming Crop Over season.
