Barbados continues to look for ways to develop its agriculture industry, with food security very much high on the agenda.
The latest effort involves an initiative between the island and Ghana.
Minister of Agriculture Indar Weir has been giving details about the plan, after speaking with his Ghanaian counterpart Owusu Afriyie Akoto.
Mr. Weir says they discussed areas of potential cooperation, trade and the creation of zones, and formal talks are being arranged under the theme ‘No Borders, No Oceans’.
