The way has been paved for Barbados to begin the production and exportation of vaccines.
This was revealed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Kerrie Symmonds, as the Lower House began to examine the Ministry’s head during the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure.
The Ministry is seeking 65.6 million dollars during the upcoming financial year.
As Barbados seeks to forge new and non-traditional bilateral relationships, Mr. Symmonds has announced plans to strengthen diplomatic ties with Ireland.
