Fresh off the signing of an air services agreement between Barbados and Saudi Arabia, the island’s Minister of Tourism and International Transport, Ian Gooding-Edghill remains upbeats about the future prospects.
Minister Gooding-Edghill, who led the Barbados delegation to the 22nd World Travel and Tourism Council Global Summit in Saudi Arabia, says the team has been busy at work.
He says the agreement presents numerous opportunities.
Mr. Gooding-Edghill also notes Saudi Arabia can learn from Barbados given the island’s experience as a tourism destination.
