A new year and the joy of new life as three babies were delivered today.
The first baby came at 7:16 this morning, nine days overdue and weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces
First-time mother, 27-year-old Chinica Franklin told CBC News becoming a mom is the best feeling ever.
Over at Bayview hospital, there was even more to celebrate as twin girls Quinn and Willow Blenman made their grand entrance just after 10 a.m. Mom and the babies are doing well.
Up to press time, one more baby was on the way.
