Barbadian superstar and entrepreneur Robyn Rihanna Fenty, will become the 11th National Hero of Barbados.
This was revealed by Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley moments ago at National Heroes’ Square, during a ceremony to declare Barbados a Republic and mark the Inauguration of Dame Sandra Mason as the first President of the island.
The ceremony to install Rihanna as a National Hero will take place later today.
