The Companies Economic Substance Amendment Bill 2023 came up for debate during today’s sitting of the Lower House.
Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Business, Sandra Husband, says the changes allow Government to defend, advance and ensure compliance within the financial services sector.
