Brathwaite takes silver in Men’s 110m final at Commonwealth Games

Barbados has collected a Silver medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games, with an outstanding performance by Shane Brathwaite in the 110 metre Hurdles event.

This is Barbados’ first medal at the Games.

Brathwaite, running out of Lane 1, clocked a season’s best 13.30 seconds to place 2nd.

In 1st place was Jamaica’s Rasheed Broadbell with a time of 13.08.

The UK’s Andrew Pozzi was 3rd with 13.37.
