BWA continues work to address at the Ionics Desalination Plant

Work continues by the Barbados Water Authority to address issues at the Ionics Desalination Plant.

That plant provides water for most of the affected areas in St. Michael, St. James and St. Thomas.

General Manager, Keithroy Halliday has apologized for the inconvenience.

While repairs are ongoing, he explains the plant is online, pumping at about two-thirds of its capacity.
