Barbados Water Authority customers are being warned to start clearing the debt they owe to the agency to avoid disconnection.
The warning from Minister of Water Resources and Deputy Prime Minister, Santia Bradshaw.
During the March budget, Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley announced a 25 per cent reduction in the principle owed to the BWA if people paid before September 15.
Ms. Bradshaw is urging those with arrears to contact the Authority to set up a payment plan.
