Tonight the head of the Caribbean Public Health Agency is clearing the air about a message circulating on WhatsApp about the dangers of the new COVID-19 variants.
In an exclusive interview with CBC News, Dr. Joy St. John has also sounded a fresh warning about these Omicron subvariants.
Efforts to reach the Chief Medical Officer for comment on the matter have so far proved unsuccessful.
