There is an expectation that oil prices will be going up early in the new year.
This is after Russian President Vladimir Putin issued a decree yesterday, that bans oil sales to countries and companies that comply with a price cap agreed to by western countries in response to Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.

Mr Stephen states that he believes there will be a rise in prices but it may not be sustained for too long.
