Co-coordinator of the National COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, Dr. Elizabeth Ferdinand says health officials are discussing whether the time frame to receive a booster shot should be reduced.
She says currently, people are being advised to return six months after being fully vaccinated for their booster, as studies show that’s when immunity starts to wane.
