The National Petroleum Corporation (NPC) wishes to advise its valued customers and other stakeholders that we have been informed that one of our team members has tested positive for Covid-19.
We have been in constant contact with the relevant authorities on this matter to ensure the safety of our staff, our customers and members of the public. Contact tracing has been conducted within the organization and affected team members have been identified and quarantined.
To this end, the Corporation will close its offices with immediate effect until we have been advised it is safe to reopen. We have already undertaken a deep cleaning and sanitizing process of our offices. During this period and pending clearance from the authorities for our teams to resume work, we will attend to emergencies only.
In the interim, we have organized for other staff members to work remotely to enable us to continue to serve our customers. Should you need to report a gas leak or have a customer service query, please contact our team at 430-4000 and select 2 for Customer Service.
The NPC will continue to work together with the relevant authorities to ensure we follow all national guidelines, and we will inform you our valued customers and public of our reopening. We take this opportunity to thank you for your understanding and support in this matter.
