A Barbadian who was the victim of an attempted burglary last month is now playing a part in the crime fight through his recently launched community crime report platform.
Through the initiative, communitycrimereport.com, residents submit details of the crime to the platform.
Founder, Charles Lewis says the information is then shared with members of neighbouring communities and a wider audience, including the Barbados Police Service.
Mr Lewis was a guest on CBC TV 8’s Mornin’ Barbados.
He says the platform will not tolerate anyone who intends to share misinformation.
