The new president of the Barbados Road Safety Association, Roland Lowe, is making a case for continuous training for drivers.
He made the point during an interview with CBC TV 8’s Morning Report.
Mr. Lowe believes it Is one way to help address some of the issues on the country’s roads.
He also highlighted several reasons the Association believes are responsible for the frequent vehicular accidents which are occurring.
