An outright lie!
That’s how Education Minister Kay McConney has responded to messages on social media suggesting that signage indicating gender neutral bathrooms were established at the St. Philip Primary School.
Her comments came as she visited the plant this morning with her team including Deputy Chief Education Officer, Joy Adamson to assess the situation firsthand.
The Education Minister has stressed the Ministry and Government remain committed to protecting the island’s children.
The school’s Principal, Pamaletta Bhamjee, says the signs were recently acquired through a donation.
