There are fresh efforts to breathe new life into the Pelican Centre in the City.
Export Barbados is now spearheading a fresh initiative to expand the Pelican experience to include more visitors to the island, and to utilise more of the space between the Port and the Centre to showcase all Barbados has to offer.
