Debate on the Debt Settlement (Arrears) Bill, 2021 in Parliament on Tuesday was led off by Minister in the Ministry of Finance Ryan Straughn.
He says with the current Series F Bond set to expire on September 30th, 2022 and arrears to be paid on that date, Government is creating a new Flexible Series Bond to settle the debt.
