Government departments closed

A number of departments in the public sector will be closed today and in the coming days.

The office of the National Council on Substance Abuse (NCSA) will be closed from today, Monday, August 30, to Friday, September 3.

However, persons may still call the office at 535-6272, 832-9120, or 832-9121 to reach the counsellor.

The Archives Department, located at Black Rock, St. James, will be closed today, Monday, August 30.

All appointments scheduled for that day will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Members of the public are advised that the Electoral Department at Warrens Office Tower II, Warrens, St. Michael will be closed today, Monday, August 30, and Tuesday, August 31.

The department is expected to re-open on Wednesday, September 1.
