Guyana thanks Barbados for support in Mahdia tragedy

The government of Guyana has extended thanks to Barbados for the role it has played so far in assisting President Dr. Irfaan Ali in the Mahdia Secondary School dormitory fire tragedy.

In an interview with the Morning Report, the country’s Security Advisor to the President, Captain Gerald Gouveia, says along with the help of the Regional Security System, Barbados’ Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley has also been of tremendous help to the President in this rather tough national tragedy.
