Hand hygiene still critical

Today is World Hand Hygiene Day, serving as a reminder that hand hygiene is still important even after the COVID-19 era.

Infectious Disease Specialist, Dr. the Most Honourable Corey Forde reminded the public that hand hygiene goes beyond just washing your hands.

He says it’s critical, especially in the health care setting.

The Day’s slogan is “Accelerate Action Together. Save Lives – Clean Your Hands”.
