Brighter than normal headlights on vehicles are posing problems for older drivers on Barbados’ roads.
The situation is one the President of the Barbados Association of Retired Persons (BARP) Marilyn Rice-Bowen is calling attention to.
She wants the authorities to tackle the issue as the proliferation of daylight headlights is causing significant discomfort and danger to seniors.
