An eco-active initiative for primary schools was rolled out yesterday.
It’s the brainchild of the Ashley Lashley Foundation, and is aimed at sensitising primary school children about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and the protection of the environment.
The Foundation’s Executive Director, Ashley Lashley, says it was started last year and included twenty schools, but will be expanded this year.
Sharon Primary School Teacher Harriette Kellman, says children are encouraged to follow a healthy lifestyle.
