Member of Parliament for St. Philip South, Indar Weir, is urging the individual responsible for last night’s fatal hit-and-run to come forward.
The accident occurred in Mr. Weir’s constituency.
He expressed condolences to the family of 19-year-old Quiara Callender
Mr. Weir believes people using the roads illegally could be a contributing factor to why people flee the scene after an accident.
